    How do I receive my ticket (online-ticket, hardticket)?

     

    After completing your order and payment you will receive a confirmation email within 60 minutes containing a PDF attachment, which includes your online-ticket. Hardticket orders (if possible) will be sent via mail.

     

    I cannot find my confirmation email. What should I do?

     

    Please double check your inbox (sender: noreply@affilitix.de), perhaps your inbox has reached its limit and there is no room for more emails. If you cannot find your email in your junk folder or your email does not contain the PDF attachment, please send us an email with your order information and order number (if possible) to ticket@affilitix.de or contact us at +49(0)361-644189760.

     

    How secure is my online-ticket and what happens at the entrance?

     

    Your ticket entitles you to a one-time admission and will be validated upon entry. The ticket is secured with a unique code. It has to be kept in a safe place and protected from improper use just like cash or conventional tickets.

     

    What payment options are offered during check-out?

    I have no possibility of printing out my ticket.

     

    One possibility could be to save a copy of the PDF file after downloading onto a thumbdrive/storage medium (USB stick) and take it to a friend or a copy shop for printing it out. Tickets can only be scanned when printed out in a readable quality.

     

     

    Can I return my ticket?

     

    Please be aware, that it is not possible to return a ticket after purchase. If you miss the event there is no possibility of substitution.

     

     

    Is it possible to get an invoice for my ticket?

     

    In case you need an invoice for your ticket including the acknowledged VAT please contact the organizer (located on the ticket). As AFFILITIX sells tickets on behalf of the organizer, we cannot write an invoice.

     

    How can I get a ticket for wheelchair users and their accompaniment?

     

    It is up to the organizer whether or not your accompaniment will receive free or reduced admission. As we have to ensure that there is enough room for all wheel-chairs in the venue, we ask that you please contact us at +49 (0)361-644189760 or via email (ticket@affilitix.de) for further infomation.

     

     

    The event is postponed. What happens to my ticket?

     

    If the event is postponed and a substitute event is provided, tickets usually remain valid. If the event is cancelled, please contact our ticket team.

    Data privacy declaration


    As a matter of principle, it is possible for the user to visit the Ticket Shop without leaving any personal data. The user must provide the following particulars for the order process: name, address, date of birth, and e-mail address.

    AFFILITIX Services GmbH, Rotherstraße 8, 10245 Berlin (hereinafter referred to as “AFFILITIX”) utilizes the User’s personal data in accordance with the provisions of the data privacy provisions applicable to the contract.

    AFFILITIX utilizes this data to the extent required to establish, structure or modify the contractual relationship. AFFILITIX utilizes, collects and processes this data in automated procedures. It may transfer this data to third parties whose service it has retained to execute the contract as far as this is necessary for the performance of the contracts entered into. Please be advised that in cases where AFFILITIX is acting as an intermediary for event organizers, AFFILITIX itself provides services for the execution of third-party contracts and that in these cases data collection will also take place through the respective event organizer.

    Otherwise, AFFILITIX does not disclose any of the user’s data to third parties unless the user has expressly consented to this. The user may revoke this consent from AFFILITIX at any time without stating any reasons.

    The user is entitled at all times to request information on his or her personal data stored by AFFILITIX, its origin and recipients and the purpose for which the data is being stored. AFFILITIX’s data privacy officer (Tom Kramer) is the person under a duty to provide this information. The customer’s data will be deleted free of charge upon request. For this purpose, it is sufficient for the customer to send a message to AFFILITIX’s support e-mail address (ticket@affilitix.de) asking for the data to be deleted. It is possible that under statutory or contractual archiving requirements certain personal data may only be deleted after a certain period of time. In such a case, AFFILITIX will block access to the data until such time as it may be deleted.

    “Cookies” are used in connection with the Ticket Shop. These are small text files stored on the user’s hard disk. Cookies are used for the “shopping basket” function and for collecting statistical data on the use of the Ticket Shop. AFFILITIX guarantees that it does not use any technology for linking the information collected by the cookies with user data for the purpose of tracing the user’s identity.

    The Ticket Shop can also be used without any cookies. However, this may restrict its functionality. Web browsers can be set to accept or reject cookies either generally or in individual cases.

    This Ticket Shop may contain links to third-party websites. AFFILITIX does not have any influence on these websites. Accordingly, the user is advised to obtain information on the applicable data privacy policy from such sites. AFFILITIX does not assume any responsibility for the content of the sites to which it provides links.

    The service provider as defined in the German Telemedia Act and the responsible party as defined in the German Federal Data Privacy Act is AFFILITIX Services GmbH, Rotherstraße 8, 10245 Berlin.
