How do I receive my ticket (online-ticket, hardticket)?
After completing your order and payment you will receive a confirmation email within 60 minutes containing a PDF attachment, which includes your online-ticket. Hardticket orders (if possible) will be sent via mail.
I cannot find my confirmation email. What should I do?
Please double check your inbox (sender: noreply@affilitix.de), perhaps your inbox has reached its limit and there is no room for more emails. If you cannot find your email in your junk folder or your email does not contain the PDF attachment, please send us an email with your order information and order number (if possible) to ticket@affilitix.de or contact us at +49(0)361-644189760.
How secure is my online-ticket and what happens at the entrance?
Your ticket entitles you to a one-time admission and will be validated upon entry. The ticket is secured with a unique code. It has to be kept in a safe place and protected from improper use just like cash or conventional tickets.
What payment options are offered during check-out?

I have no possibility of printing out my ticket.
One possibility could be to save a copy of the PDF file after downloading onto a thumbdrive/storage medium (USB stick) and take it to a friend or a copy shop for printing it out. Tickets can only be scanned when printed out in a readable quality.
Can I return my ticket?
Please be aware, that it is not possible to return a ticket after purchase. If you miss the event there is no possibility of substitution.
Is it possible to get an invoice for my ticket?
In case you need an invoice for your ticket including the acknowledged VAT please contact the organizer (located on the ticket). As AFFILITIX sells tickets on behalf of the organizer, we cannot write an invoice.
How can I get a ticket for wheelchair users and their accompaniment?
It is up to the organizer whether or not your accompaniment will receive free or reduced admission. As we have to ensure that there is enough room for all wheel-chairs in the venue, we ask that you please contact us at +49 (0)361-644189760 or via email (ticket@affilitix.de) for further infomation.
The event is postponed. What happens to my ticket?
If the event is postponed and a substitute event is provided, tickets usually remain valid. If the event is cancelled, please contact our ticket team.
